William JE is the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) Hamilton Capital. He is also the CEO of a global investment fund with an Asset Under Management of USD 12 billion. Prior to that, Mr. Je was the Chairman of Equity Capital Markets, Greater China at the Macquarie Banking Group for 10 years, managing its Greater China capital markets and principal investment activities. Prior to Macquarie, Mr. Je served as the managing Director, Executive Director or Vice President for several investment banks including China Merchant Securities (Hong Kong) Limited, Credit Agricole Indosuez (and Board member of its securities arm, Indosuez W.I. Carr Securities), Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and NatWest Markets.

Mr. Je has successfully completed more than 70 global IPO, M&A and principal investment transactions  amounted to US$40 billion. Mr.Je is recognised by "International Who's Who" as a leading investment banking professional in the world and is awarded honourable citizenship of the Washington State, U.S.A. for his contribution to Sino-US relationship. Mr. Je is a Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong International Blockchain and Financial Association, an NGO promoting blockchain technology and advocating crypto market regulation.

Mr. Je graduated from the Manchester Business School and the University of Wales (U.K.) with a Master of Business Administration. Mr. Je is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (U.K.) and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Accountants. He is also a member of the Certified Financial Consultant (U.S.).

Marios Mamzeris is a world leader in Digital Currencies & Blockchain, with over 25+ years of experience across FinTech, Forex, Insurances, Mutual Funds, and Stock Markets in various areas like Management, Consultancy, Teambuilding, Customer Support training, Crypto and Blockchain training, Technical Analysis & Trading, Sales & Portfolio Management.

Marios holds an MSc (Digital Currencies & Blockchain), MBA, and MIB (Business) and a BS degree (Systems analysis). He has also acquired certificates (with distinction) from the University of Virginia, University at Buffalo & The State University of New York, University of Michigan, Rice University, Duke University, and MIT in various subjects like Programming, Digital Product Management, Blockchain & Smart Contracts, and FinTech Law and Policy.

Marios is also certified in Managing Stock Portfolios from the Greek Stock Market (EU regulated) and as an Insurance & Financial broker. His recent Master's degree, MSc in Digital Currencies from the University of Nicosia, was acquired in 2018 and is related to Cryptocurrencies and Blockchain technology. Furthermore, Marios is a Certified Blockchain Solution Architect (CBSA) from the Blockchain Training Alliance (BTA).

Marios has been the principal member of a crypto exchange team, and he was appointed as the

General Manager of a Global Crypto Exchange. Leading cross-functional teams globally for IT, Crypto, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Support departments, Marios has spearheaded leading crypto exchanges and crypto tokens.

Azeem has held the position of Group CISO\CIO and Director of Cyber Security for many global businesses and is a ‘Trusted Advisor’ on many Cyber Councils & Committees for Cyber Security & Information Security Risk Management, for global institutions and governments, technology partners & private banking sectors while working as a Mentor & Leader to other CISO\CIOs.

Over 25+ years leading Information\Cyber Security and Information Risk Management delivery and business process change management across multiple sectors, with extensive proven track record across EMEA-R & ASIAPAC Regions, managing Banking, Oil & Gas, Critical National Infrastructure Cyber-attacks and building world leading Cyber Security & Digital Transformation Programs.

Azeem holds numerous industry qualifications and is recognized by his peers as an industry leading CISO \ CIO, a mentor for CISOs, a Global Cyber Security Advisor, Risk Practitioner, Panel\Keynote Speaker & Non-Executive on Information\Cyber Security & Risk Management.

Azeem has chaired & spoken at many Global Cyber Security Summits, is a member of various Cyber Committees across the world.

Tim Clark is a highly accomplished and innovative technologist who brings over 30 years’ experience of leading successful technology teams and development programmes.

Tim has helped SME’s, start-up’s, and scale-up’s through to blue-chip organisations, with diverse sector experience that includes mobile, fintech, telecoms, lawful intercept and location-based technology.

Key achievements include: Led the development at three fintech start-ups.  Launched crypto-currency products from scratch within 6 months, knowledge transfer for a Lawful Intercept system provider from Europe into Asia. Delivered management and communications training and hired 100+ technical specialists. Start-up development of the network infrastructure for a major Silicon Valley based company. Implemented spectrum acquisition, technology strategy, network planning, vendor management, implementation, and operations for a 4G start-up. Took responsibility for annual budgets of over USD100 million. Represented the UK at International Standards bodies.

Thomas Oliver David O’Leary In his role, Thomas oversees all aspects of marketing, experience design and brand communications across all business units. He is responsible for linking the company’s innovations, products, and services to build brands, create awareness, and drive demand and loyalty across all channels.

Thomas brings together traditional marketing functions such as creative, media, partnerships and experiential marketing with customer experience, customer science and insights, corporate communications, and social responsibility.

Previously, Thomas has served as the Chief Marketing Officer, Marketing Director, and founder in B2B, B2C, B2B2C, in Crypto, FinTech, Investment\Retail Banking, Financial Services, Private & Public Sector, and Service Industry. 

Ehsan Haque is the Head of Legal and Compliance at Hamilton Capital Holding Limited. He has spent nearly 20 years working as in-house counsel for a variety of institutions ranging from top tier investment banks, broker dealers and Fintech start-ups. He has spent the last ten years in leadership and senior leadership roles.

Ehsan trained a top city law firm in 2002 London before working as a global markets / equities sales and trading lawyer for a range of top tier financial institutions and investments banks, progressing to senior management roles. More recently Ehsan has been General Counsel at two separate fintech startups and part of the senior executive team primarily responsible and accountable for managing all legal and regulatory risk. Ehsan was featured in the BBPI 100 2018 Power list of British Bengalis - lawyers.

He also won a CEO Culture award at a top tier investment bank for introducing a mentoring scheme in the EMEA legal department. Ehsan is also a regular contributor to various publications in the Legal industry and is also a Trustee for two different charitable organizations based in the UK and acts as a mentor to various junior BAME lawyers and finance professionals in the finance industry. He also acts in an advisory capacity to a leading fintech accelerator.
